LicenseMarket is a neutral technology platform that connects users with UAE Free Zones for business setup inquiries. LicenseMarket does not provide legal, financial, or advisory services. The platform solely offers information based on publicly available data and Free Zone disclosures. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date details, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

Users must independently verify pricing, regulations, and requirements directly with the respective Free Zone authorities before making any business decisions. LicenseMarket is not responsible for any financial loss, missed business opportunities, or regulatory penalties resulting from reliance on the information presented.

LicenseMarket provides informational and comparison services only and does not guarantee that users will receive approval for business setup from any Free Zone. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all Free Zone requirements before submitting applications.

LicenseMarket does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of Free Zone pricing. Users must confirm all costs and fees directly with Free Zones before making financial commitments.

Additionally, LicenseMarket does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, services, or links available through its platform. Any interactions with third-party services, Free Zones, or external providers are conducted at the user’s sole risk, and LicenseMarket assumes no liability for any outcomes arising from such engagements.

LicenseMarket collects and stores user data, including name, email, phone number, and business details, for the purpose of connecting users with Free Zones. LicenseMarket does not sell user data to third parties. LicenseMarket collects and processes user data in accordance with UAE Data Protection Laws and GDPR where applicable. By using the platform, users consent to their information being shared with Free Zones. LicenseMarket does not control how Free Zones handle user data and is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized access, or data breaches caused by third parties.

Users may request data deletion by submitting a request to LicenseMarket, which will be processed within 15 business days.

LicenseMarket, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost business opportunities, lost revenue, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

LicenseMarket shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cybersecurity threats, or infrastructure failures.

Users agree that emails, WhatsApp messages, and platform notifications constitute official communication from LicenseMarket.

LicenseMarket may send updates, legal notices, and other important communications electronically. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing such communications and cannot claim ignorance of updates if LicenseMarket has provided notice.

All legal disputes related to LicenseMarket shall be governed exclusively by UAE law. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts for any legal matters.

Any arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai under DIFC-LCIA arbitration rules. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms must first be referred to binding arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules. If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

By using LicenseMarket, users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against LicenseMarket. However, users may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between LicenseMarket and users, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
