LicenseMarket FZ LLC ("LicenseMarket") is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the LicenseMarket platform, including but not limited to:

The names LicenseMarket, LicenseMarket.ae, License Market, MarketLicense, Market License, MarketLicense.ae

The LicenseMarket logo, icon, and branding elements

The website design, user interface (UI/UX), and all software components

The LicenseMarket education library, content, text, images, and database compilations

Any other proprietary materials developed and published by LicenseMarket on all its channels

LicenseMarket was founded in 2025 and reserves all rights under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Content Protection & Usage Restrictions

All content on LicenseMarket’s platform is protected under UAE intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, distributing, reproducing, or modifying LicenseMarket content without prior written approval from LicenseMarket via hello@licensemarket.ae.

Using LicenseMarket trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial or non-commercial use without explicit authorization.

Republishing or embedding LicenseMarket’s proprietary content on other websites without a legally binding license agreement.

LicenseMarket permits limited use of excerpts with clear attribution and a backlink to LicenseMarket, but only with prior written consent.

3. Third-Party Content & Copyright Compliance

LicenseMarket displays the logos and names of UAE Free Zones on its platform for informational purposes. LicenseMarket does not claim ownership of these assets. If any Free Zone representative requests a removal or modification of displayed content, they may contact hello@licensemarket.ae, and we will review the request promptly.

LicenseMarket may use third-party assets, including stock images, software, and APIs, under applicable licenses. LicenseMarket ensures compliance with licensing agreements for all third-party resources but is not responsible for external content or services linked on the platform.

4. Copyright Enforcement & Violations

LicenseMarket aggressively enforces its copyright and intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of LicenseMarket’s intellectual property will result in legal consequences under UAE Copyright Law (Federal Law No. 7 of 2002) and other applicable international copyright regulations. Violations may result in:

Immediate legal action, including lawsuits for damages and injunctions against infringing parties.

DMCA takedown notices to web hosts and search engines.

Permanent bans from accessing LicenseMarket’s platform.

LicenseMarket reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action against individuals or entities violating its copyright.

5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

LicenseMarket retains full intellectual property rights over all content, trademarks, and materials on the platform.

Users may not modify, scrape, copy, or republish LicenseMarket content for commercial purposes.

The use of automated bots, AI scraping, and data extraction tools is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Copyright Claims

LicenseMarket allows user-generated content in the form of Google Reviews.

If LicenseMarket integrates Google Reviews into its platform or its social media channels, those reviews will be considered LicenseMarket property and subject to our terms.

If reviews remain solely on Google’s platform, they will be subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

By submitting any content to LicenseMarket (e.g., testimonials, feedback, or user comments), you grant LicenseMarket a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute the content for promotional and business purposes.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Copyright Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal disputes related to intellectual property enforcement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts in accordance with UAE law.
